Honey Grove Independent School District is a 2A public school district in Fannin County. It serves approximately 575 students in grades Pre-K through 12th grade, and has a 14:1 student to teacher ratio and has been recognized by the Texas Education Agency for its academic achievement.

Friday night lights isn't just a saying, it's a way of life in Honey Grove! When the boys of fall take the orange and white uniforms to the field, you can bet that the majority of the town will be there cheering alongside the cheerleaders. You can also expect to see a spectacular halftime show performance by the award winning marching band.

CHURCHES
St. Mark, the Evangelist Episcopal Church is a historical landmark located at 401 8th Street, Honey Grove, Texas. The beautiful wooden building was built in 1883 and lovingly maintained and restored by the Friends of the Bertha Voyer Memorial Library and is maintained by the Hall-Voyer Foundation.
